Get answers about order status, payment, delivery time, tracking, shipping cost and returns.

1.1. Will I be charged customs duties, VAT, or any import taxes for my order?

No. Since all our products are dispatched directly from warehouses within the European Union (EU), there are no hidden customs duties, import tariffs, or additional VAT charges. The price displayed at checkout is the final, all-inclusive price you pay.

1.2. Do I need to pay immediately after placing an order?

Yes. After placing your order, please complete the payment within the time limit shown on the payment page. If payment is not completed within the specified period, your order may be automatically cancelled.

1.3. How will my order be processed?

After receiving your order, we may contact you to confirm the order. Please check your email after placing an order and respond to our confirmation message if required.

Once the order is confirmed, it will be shipped from our local warehouse in Poland. Delivery times vary depending on your destination and generally take around 2–7 business days.

1.4. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.

Once your order status changes to “Processing”, modifications may no longer be possible. This may include changes to the shipping method, payment method, delivery address, product color, quantity, or discount information.

1.5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can generally only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped.

Once a package has left our warehouse, it cannot be intercepted, so cancellation is no longer supported. The product must remain in a condition suitable for resale, and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

2. Scooter & Features

Learn more about performance, specifications, battery, speed and other technical details of our electric scooters.

2.1. Why should I buy an electric scooter?

Electric scooters offer several advantages for everyday transportation:

  • Save on fuel costs: Electric scooters can help reduce your daily transportation expenses.
  • Convenient transportation: They are easy to use and can help you reach your destination quickly without waiting for public transportation.
  • More environmentally friendly: Electric scooters produce no direct exhaust emissions while riding, making them a more environmentally friendly transportation option.
2.2. How do I choose the right KuKirin electric scooter?

When choosing a KuKirin electric scooter, consider the following factors:

  • Safety
  • Size and portability
  • Motor performance
  • Battery range
  • Riding comfort
  • Price
  • Your typical riding environment

You can also contact our customer service team and tell us about your riding needs. We can help you choose a suitable model.

2.3. What is the maximum load capacity of a KuKirin electric scooter?

For the best riding performance, we recommend a rider weight of 220 lbs (approximately 100 kg) or less.

Exceeding the recommended load may reduce the scooter's range and average speed and may affect overall riding performance.

2.4. What tire pressure should I maintain?

We recommend maintaining tire pressure at approximately 31.9–34.8 PSI (220–240 kPa).

Correct tire pressure can help improve riding stability, handling, comfort, and battery efficiency.

2.5. What factors affect the range of an electric scooter?

Actual riding range can vary depending on several factors, including:

  • Battery condition
  • Tire pressure
  • Rider weight
  • Riding speed
  • Terrain
  • Temperature
  • Wind conditions
  • Road conditions
  • Riding habits

Therefore, actual range may differ from the advertised maximum range.

2.6. What is the expected lifespan of the battery?

Lithium-ion batteries generally have a limited number of charge and discharge cycles. Under typical use, battery performance gradually decreases over time.

With proper care and maintenance, the battery can provide reliable performance for an extended period. Actual battery lifespan depends on charging frequency, storage conditions, temperature, riding habits, and maintenance.

2.7. Does the scooter slow down when the battery is low?

Yes. As the battery level decreases, the battery voltage also decreases. As a result, the scooter's maximum speed may gradually decrease when the battery is running low.

2.8. Is there a warranty for KuKirin electric scooters?

For orders purchased through the official KuKirin website, we provide 12 months of after-sales repair service.

For complete warranty terms and conditions, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

2.9. What should I do if my KuKirin electric scooter has a problem?

If you purchased your scooter directly from the KuKirin official website, please contact our customer service team:

3. Riding & Maintenance

Browse helpful guidance on safe riding, charging tips, daily care, troubleshooting and spare‑part issues.

3.1. Can I ride my KuKirin electric scooter in the rain?

We do not recommend riding in rainy weather.

Although some scooter components are designed to resist everyday splashes, riding in the rain can increase safety risks and may expose electrical components to moisture.

For your safety, avoid riding during heavy rain or through deep water.

3.2. Can I ride my electric scooter in cold weather?

Low temperatures can affect scooter performance, particularly battery performance.

We recommend storing your electric scooter indoors and avoiding prolonged exposure to extremely cold temperatures, which may negatively affect the battery, motor, and tires.

3.3. Can I ride my electric scooter in the snow?

We do not recommend riding in snowy conditions.

Snow and ice can significantly reduce tire grip and make the scooter difficult to control. In temperatures below 0°C, battery performance may also decrease and power consumption may increase.

3.4. What should I pay attention to when riding a KuKirin electric scooter?

Safety should always be your first priority.

We recommend that riders:

  • Wear a helmet and appropriate protective equipment.
  • Follow local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Check the weather before riding.
  • Pay attention to road conditions and potential hazards.
  • Maintain a safe and appropriate speed.
  • Check the scooter before riding.
  • Lock your scooter securely after parking.
3.5. How should I store the battery?

For long-term storage, we recommend keeping the battery in a suitable environment.

Recommended storage conditions include:

  • Long-term storage temperature: approximately -20°C to 25°C (-4°F to 77°F)
  • Possible lithium-ion battery storage range: -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F)
  • Recommended storage humidity: 45%–75%
  • Recommended storage level: approximately 30%–50% battery capacity

Avoid storing the battery completely discharged for an extended period.

Before long-term storage and periodically during storage, recharge the battery to help prevent excessive discharge.

3.6. How often should I charge the battery during storage?

If the scooter will not be used for an extended period, check the battery regularly and recharge it when necessary.

Regular maintenance charging can help prevent the battery from becoming excessively discharged during long-term storage.

3.7. Can I leave my scooter charging overnight?

We do not recommend leaving the scooter charging for an unnecessarily long period.

In particular, do not charge the electric scooter continuously for more than 24 hours. Always follow the charging instructions provided with your specific scooter model.

3.8. How should I clean my KuKirin electric scooter?

To keep your scooter clean, we recommend wiping it with a damp cloth or using a dry brush to remove dirt and dust.

Do not immerse the scooter in water or spray large amounts of water directly onto it.

After cleaning, make sure the scooter is completely dry before charging or riding.

3.9. What are the standard conditions used to test the advertised range?

The advertised range is based on standard test conditions:

  • Rider weight: 60 kg
  • Temperature: 25°C
  • Average speed: 20 km/h
  • Road conditions: Flat urban roads

Actual battery performance and riding range may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, temperature, wind, road conditions, riding speed, and riding style.

It is normal for the actual range to differ from the advertised figure.

If a significant reduction in range is caused by a battery defect, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

3.10. Where can I get my KuKirin scooter repaired in Europe?

KuKirin provides after-sales support for customers in Europe, with an after-sales service center located in Poland.

If your scooter requires warranty service or repair, please contact customer service first for instructions before sending the scooter or any components for repair.
