KuKirin offers a 7-day return period, meaning customers have 7 days after receiving the product to request a return.

Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:

✔ The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

Products returned without prior approval from KuKirin will not be accepted.

  • Changed your mind

6. Defective Product Policy

7. Address Changes

Once your KuKirin electric scooter has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Please carefully check your shipping information before completing your order.

8. Refused Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery without an approved reason:

If reshipping is required, additional shipping costs may apply.

9. Battery Return Policy

Due to transportation and safety regulations:

Battery returns are subject to special conditions.

Battery Return Fee:

€100 per battery

Only unused batteries in original condition may be returned.

Used batteries cannot be returned.

After returned items are received and inspected:
