All KuKirin electric scooters are brand-new factory products and include a warranty covering manufacturing defects and quality-related issues.

During the warranty period, if your product experiences a problem caused by a manufacturing defect or non-human-related issue, KuKirin will provide replacement parts or technical support free of charge.

After the warranty period expires, customers will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts, repair services, and shipping fees.

Please note that warranty coverage does not apply to second-hand products, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper use.
